CRM Analyst
1. Position Summary
- A data analytical & system support role on CRM team. Working closely with CRM team and data management team, this role will provide analytics to support CRM & marketing strategy, campaign optimisation & marketing efficiency. This includes reporting, profiling, segmentation, direct marketing campaign analysis as well as working as a Siebel business consultant to marketing.
- It requires lateral thinking, business acumen, an investigative mindset and strong attention to detail. It also requires the ability to present data in a format that will be clearly understood by business. Some Siebel experiences will be highly recommended.
- Scope of this role will grow as CRM team and the person develops, with opportunity to build & lead an analytical team.
2. Key Objectives of Role
- Develop analytical solution to business issue/question: understand business problems, decide on methodology, perform analysis, present results to business
- Create analytical reports, profile & segment to support both marketing & CRM strategy & tactics
- Campaign analysis: pre- and post- campaign analysis, campaign data preparation; include but not limited to channel efficiency, contact & re-contact optimization, incentive analysis, creative analysis
- Take internal business consultant responsibilities in Siebel implementation: participate in interview, UAT, documentation, communication & project management
- Become the Siebel expert on marketing & CRM team and collect business requirements after implementation
3. Qualifications
- 3+ years in a data analysis role
- BA/Master in Statistics, Economy, Operational Research, Business, Marketing or Social Science
- Advanced knowledge of Statistics
- Good knowledge of database architectures and data schema
- Understanding of CRM and database marketing
- Experience in documentation of business rules (preferred)
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good business sense
- Can work under pressure & multi-task
- Can-do attitude
- Siebel experiences preferred
